Next Steps – Information We Need
To provide you with a NET price quote, please share the following details:
- Travel dates
- Number of travelers & required room types
- Approximate budget
- Preferred tour style (private, small group or self-drive)
- Any special requests or interests
We work with NET rates, and you have the flexibility to set your own markup. If you’d like us to include your commission in the quote, just let us know, and we’ll adjust the pricing accordingly.
Payment & Booking Process
- A 20% non-refundable deposit secures the trip.
- The final payment is due four weeks before departure (earlier payments or installments are possible).
- Once the client accepts the quote, we provide a secure payment link or wire information. If using the client’s credit card with your markup included, we will wire your commission after the trip concludes.
Important Notes
- Everything we do is fully customizable.
- We do not provide itemized price breakdowns.
- We begin by providing a price quote. The planning process and itinerary details proceed only after confirmation of cooperation, which is established through a consultation fee or deposit payment. This amount will be deducted from the final payment.
- The majority of the trip must be booked through us to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience and service.
- If the client is primarily looking for guidance to arrange their own trip, our services may not be the best fit.
- We cater to travelers who value full-service planning and appreciate the added expertise and convenience we provide.
